What are volunteers?
Volunteers are care team members who can be assigned care requests and receive notifications, but don't need full admin access. They're free in Core with basic email notifications. With Plus, volunteers can respond via SMS without logging in.
How is Plus priced?
Plus is a flat annual fee based on your total team size (paid users + volunteers). Your Core per-user pricing stays the same. Plus adds coordination and intake tools that help larger teams operate reliably.
Can I start with Core and add Plus later?
Absolutely. Core is complete—you can track all your care without Plus. When your team grows and you need intake automation, SMS response, or AI briefings, you can enable Plus with one click.
